Join the free Next-Stop to Zero Event Series to hear presentations and participate in interactive roundtable discussions by manufacturers, incentive and funding program representatives, California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff, various other subject matter experts, and real-world fleets leading the way in medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicles. This series of informational presentations and discussions will occur over two nonconsecutive days with different topics covered each day. The first day will begin with the basics in the morning and more detailed information on specific topics in the afternoon. The second day will pick up where the first left off and cover additional topics to help your fleet transition to zero-emission vehicles.

Join the Energy Infrastructure Incentives for Zero-Emission (EnergIIZE) Commercial Vehicles team for workshop on their upcoming EV Fast Track funding lane – infrastructure to support medium- and heavy- duty zero-emission vehicles.  

EnergIIZE Commercial Vehicles is a $69 million project that provides infrastructure incentives for public and private fleets, owner/operators, school bus fleets and transit agencies that wish to deploy battery electric or hydrogen fuel cell vehicle technology.  
 
This workshop will provide an overview of the EV Fast Track Application Process ahead of the next release in funds which will open Febrero 17, 2023. This conversation is a continuation of informational workshops hosted by the EnergIIZE team.

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to a workgroup on implementation of fiscal year (FY) 2022-2023 policy for the Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) from the Board-approved FY 22-23 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives. The meeting agenda is available now and the presentation will be posted to the Low Carbon Transportation Investments and Air Quality Improvement Program website ahead of the meeting. This workgroup precedes the release of the FY22-23 Implementation Manual, expected in spring 2023.

The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board), in partnership with California Energy Commission (CEC), invite you to participate in a public work group meeting to discuss the implementation of incentives for zero-emission public school buses and supporting infrastructure. The Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23 State Budget included a total of $150 million for incentives for zero-emission school buses and associated infrastructure, $135 million of which will be administered through CARB’s Clean Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP), and $15 million will be administered through CEC’s Energy Infrastructure Incentives for Zero-Emission Commercial Vehicles (EnergIIZE) Project. At this work group meeting, staff will provide updates on the implementation of previous year’s funds and discuss the details of changes to the school bus incentive program requirements, eligibility and application prioritization that are under consideration. The presentation will be posted to the Low Carbon Transportation Investments and Air Quality Improvement Program website ahead of the meeting.
