CARB Kicks Off the CORE Voucher Incentive Project!
On August 5, 2019, the California Air Resources Board announced that CALSTART will administer the Clean Off-Road Equipment (CORE) Voucher Incentive Project. CORE is a $40 million market acceleration program to advance the deployment of zero-emission off-road freight equipment. The program provides equipment purchasers and lessees attractive point-of-sale discounts toward the purchase of zero-emission off-road freight equipment making costs comparable to their traditional fossil-fueled counterparts.
