HVIP Open for New Voucher Requests
The Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) is now open to new voucher requests starting at 10 a.m. Pacific today, Tuesday, June 8. Half of approximately $160 million in available funds will be released today. The remaining funds will be available starting August 10 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific, however, requests for Class 8 trucks performing drayage operations as well as any vehicles purchased by a public government entity do not have to wait until August 10 for wave 2 funding.
