Eligibility Requirements

Vehicle type: Class 7 or 8 tractors only

Operations: Must perform drayage operations as defined in the Implementation Manual.

Required documentation: Proof of port/railyard access permissions, which may include:

    • Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement (UIIA) authorization,
    • Concession agreements, and/or
    • Other forms of drayage operations permissions.

Documentation must be submitted to [email protected] within 30 days of requesting your voucher.
