Work Group Meeting to Discuss HVIP (6/23/2021)

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to participate in a work group meeting to discuss the Hybrid and Zero Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP). At this work group meeting, staff will present potential changes under consideration to the HVIP project including; expanded funding options for zero-emission school bus fleets, transit fleets, and drayage fleets, additional support for small fleets, as well as new vehicle eligibility requirements for Zero Emission Powertrain Certification (ZEP-Cert). Staff will also discuss potential funding considerations related to upcoming regulations. The meeting agenda will be posted to the Low Carbon Transportation Investments and Air Quality Improvement Program website ahead of the meeting.

The work group meeting will be held via Zoom webinar at the following date and time:

TIME: 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Pacific Time)
Location: Virtual Webinar

To participate in the work group, please register before June 23, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at the latest. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with information to join the webinar either through a computer, digital device or via conference line.

Each meeting link in the confirmation email is unique so please do not share it with others. Every person that wishes to participate needs to register separately and use the unique link sent to them to access the webinar. Please note that there is no in-person attendance option for this meeting.

The length of work group meetings can vary and may conclude early. Subsequent work groups may be scheduled as necessary.
