ISEF Now Closed for Voucher Requests, Funding Fully Subscribed
The Innovative Small e-Fleets (ISEF) set-aside opened to voucher requests on August 31 with $23.6 million available. The ISEF set-aside has now been fully subscribed and voucher submissions are no longer being accepted. Voucher submissions that have been submitted beyond the available funds will be placed on a contingency list, which is to be funded in the case of cancellations. Additional funding is anticipated to be available in 2023.
The current caps placed on Providers will remain in place until February 28, 2023, at which time, if funds are available, CARB and its administrators will evaluate the contingency list.
While ISEF is now closed, the Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) remains open to voucher requests. Small fleets interested in making the transition to zero-emission are encouraged to consider requesting an HVIP voucher or use the Funding Finder Tool to find other available incentives.
If you have any questions, please visit www.californiahvip.org/isef for more information, or email the ISEF team at [email protected].
