CARB Releases Proposed FY 2019-20 Funding Plan
CARB has posted the Proposed Fiscal Year 2019-20 Funding Plan. The CARB Board will consider adoption of the Funding Plan at their October 24 board meeting. The proposed changes to HVIP are on PDF pages 105 through 108 of the Funding Plan. More information on the implementation of these potential changes will be provided after October 24.
