South Coast Air Quality Management District AB 617 Community Meeting (6/13/2019)

On June 13, 2019, South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) hosted an AB 617 Community Meeting in Commerce, CA. A draft of their Community Emissions Reduction Plan was released and discussed with community stakeholders and members. Topics in this draft plan included: refinery, truck traffic, and rail yard pollution sources and solutions include monitoring, enhanced enforcement, regulation and incentives for clean technology.
